I had such a great experience. I asked them to fix whatever needed fixed which was a lot and they did. They totally found every issue that needed fixed. My car has very high mileage and I now feel safe driving it. Very friendly service.

The owners could not be more kind! On the phone or in person… incredibly upbeat and positive. The way they answered the phone made me know this place was right for me…first impressions are everything!! I love going to small privately-owned garages as opposed to dealerships. They are so knowledgeable and honest. All my questions get answered, and they are great at explaining what is going on with your vehicle, and you will leave trusting that things will be running smoothly. I just moved back to the area last year, and was looking for minor car maintenance and an inspection. I saw great reviews about D and R on-line, and I couldn’t agree more with the positive reviews. When you go, you meet “D” and “R”. They can address all your car (and foreign car) needs. They take great care of my Audi.

This was a very dope experience! The work and customer service was on point! I had to get two new tires they quoted me a fair price but had a place I like to go to and they took me back in for my inspection that week! Made sure they handled my alignment and the Groupon deal is unmatched lol I don’t care what you say that is clutch! I encourage others to go to them. They are fair, even with labor being expensive as hell sometimes, the work is good and they won’t bullshit you! Friendly and works with you..can’t ask for anything more!

Positive Experience at D & R Auto Care I am writing to share my positive experience with D & R Auto Care, located at 410 Harrisburg Pike in Lancaster, PA. Last year, I made the decision to explore different options for my car maintenance needs, with a focus on cost-saving measures due to my fixed income in retirement. Having previously relied on the dealership where I purchased my vehicle over 12 years, I anticipated the need for additional maintenance during my recent inspection and oil change. D & R Auto Care impressed me with their proximity to my residence and the convenience of a waiting area while the work was being completed. During this visit, I opted for extra maintenance services such as new shocks, a cabin air filter replacement, and a wheel alignment. I found the total cost to be reasonable and fair, considering the quality of service provided. Upon leaving the premises and driving home, I noticed a significant improvement in the vehicle's performance, akin to driving on clouds. The friendly staff and owner at D & R Auto Care further enhanced my overall satisfaction with the experience. Sincerely a satisfied customer.

Amazing group of people! Highly recommend! I reached out to the shop online and got a response in less than an hour. The day of my appointment, I walked through the door, and Greg greeted me with a friendly and welcoming "hello!" I knew my car needed a lot of TLC, so I expected a large bill, but their reasonable prices and timely completion of repairs exceeded my expectations, which made me and my wallet very happy. They also provided me with a list and quotes for additional work that they recommend. Zac is a very skilled mechanic, and I definitely plan on going back in the future!
